Olathe Gateway is a 650,000 square foot open-air specialty retail center. Anchored by a Bass Pro Outdoor World, it includes 230,000 square feet of major anchor stores, 220,000 square feet of sub-major stores and small shops, and 200,000 square feet of individual restaurant / retail buildings in a dynamic, mixed use environment. The first phase is a lifestyle component with specialty small shops surrounding landscaped public plazas and pedestrian walkways that are comfortably intertwined with vehicular access.
