This marketing communications firm's interior renovation plan called for designing a creative space with eight workstations and ample storage, waiting/reception area, a full kitchen, men's and women's restrooms, coatroom with additional storage, and a conference room seating 14 individuals. Additional challenges included ensuring this program, it's modern equipment needs and code requirements could be accommodated within a space of 2,200 square feet in a structure built in the late 19th century.
