This proposed project consists of two components. The first is a predominately 2-story retail and office development consisting of approximately 350,000 square feet. The second phase is a residential community mixed with varying densities of single family homes and row homes in a new urbanism approach including a community center and pool. The project seeks to transform an existing rock quarry into a vital, vibrant community. The design emphasis for both components is a "mountain craftsmen" theme and shall be sensitive to retain much of the beauty inherent in the natural rock outcroppings that will be found throughout the development.
