The Gateway is a planned urban redevelopment of multiple uses replacing an existing traditional shopping mall. This 17 acre development is slated to have over 400,000 square feet of unique retail offerings including a gourmet grocer, movie theatre, fitness center and nationally recognized restaurants. Further, a boutique hotel, office space, community college and approximately 130 loft condominiums will be in the development. A 70,000 square foot aquarium is also planned for the site.
