SAI is designing the entertainment district of a mixed use development on the site of the former Aksarben horse racetrack. Known as "Zone 5", the development plans call for 500,000 square feet of open-air specialty retail, including a family entertainment center, digital screen theatres, a fitness club, offices and restaurants.
