This multi-use building will house a university bookstore, retail, medical offices and a fitness center as the first phase of an urban development project. The project is being developed in the urban core adjacent to existing campus grounds and associated hospitals and businesses. Plans call for the mixed use integration of residential towers and lofts, retail, entertainment and hospitality components. A system of street, surface level and underground parking garages ensures vehicular access to the area along with connectivity to all the components.
